M&S Ventures Group is a privately owned investment and holding group, established in 2019 and based in the Lake Geneva region. It is wholly owned by its founder, Milind Madan, and invests only its own capital. It retains full, independent control of its investment decisions.
The group holds three kinds of asset: Swiss property, controlling interests in Swiss companies, and investments in public securities worldwide. Its manner across all three is the same — a patient, principal owner that carefully commits capital, then steps back, leaving each building, business and holding to the leaders who know it best.

M&S Ventures Group is founded and wholly owned by Milind Madan, and led day to day by its Managing Director and co-founder, Kim Scheffer. As owners the group stays patient and non-interfering in the companies it holds; behind that stance sit two people who set its direction and steward its capital.
Kim leads the group’s operations, banking relationships and property development, and built its serviced holiday-rental business on the Lake Geneva Riviera. She brings a sustainability-led approach to every renovation and development, and holds an MSc in Business & the Environment from Imperial College London.
Milind founded M&S Ventures Group in 2019 and is its sole owner. He sets the group’s long-term investment strategy across property, company interests and securities, and commits its capital with a patient, principal’s eye — then entrusts each holding to the people who run it best.
